The Alan Parsons Project's sixth studio album Eye In The Sky is now available on audiophile blu-ray audio.
The 1982 album is presented on this blu-ray in Dolby Atmos, newly mixed by Alan Parsons himself, and includes the 2017 5.1 surround sound mixes (also by Parsons). Additionally, this disc includes a hi-res stereo remaster by Miles Showell.
Like other Alan Parsons Project albums, there were a variety of different lead vocalists employed including Chris Rainbow, Colin Blunstone, Lenny Zakatek, Elmer Gantry as well as Eric Woolfson himself. Plus, a selection of session musicians such as guitarists Ian Bairnson and David Paton and drummer Stuart Elliott with arrangements by Andrew Powell.
Eye In The Sky was their Grammy nominated, multi-million, best-selling album which was a worldwide hit, selling in excess of two million copies, achieving platinum and gold status in numerous countries
